1   Connecting Dover and the Shetland Islands - via the east coast of England and Scotland.

From Sunderland to Inverness. It forms two-thirds of the famous Sea to Sea (C2C) cycle route before heading north to Glasgow via Glen Trool Forest and the Ayrshire coast, before passing through two National Parks - Loch Lomond & The Trossachs and Cairngorms

75   Connects Leith in east Edinburgh with Portavadie on the Cowall Peninsula in Argyll, via Glasgow and using the ferry between Gourock and Dunoon.
76   "Round the Forth" from Berwick-upon-Tweed to Edinburgh, Stirling and Kirkcaldy, with the route on both sides of the Forth.
77   Between Dundee and Pitlochry via Perth
78   "The Caledonia Way" from Campbeltown to Inverness - following Kintyre and the Great Glen.
780 150 mile "The Hebridean Way" route from Vatersay to the Butt of Lewis.
